Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% service fee of the total booked service. A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy & Communication:
Cancellations are accepted during our office hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, when a team member is available to assist you directly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule outside of these hours or on weekends, email is the only accepted form of communication to ensure your request is properly documented and processed within the required timeframe. We do not accept cancellations via voicemail.

Policy to Support a Calm, Comfortable Environment

To preserve a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 13 not attend appointments. We recognize the unique needs of new mothers, and infants under 6 months are welcome to accompany you when necessary.

This policy is designed to support both our clients and service providers—allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their time in our upscale environment, while ensuring our team can remain focused and deliver exceptional service in a peaceful setting.
